Got these cute pics of our Talyboy a couple Saturdays ago.  Just love his faces and that he has to have a hat and sunglasses and his favorite orange shirt.  

Guardian Angel

Pretty sure Colton has a guardian angel that protected him from all the shattered jagged glass that could have punctured any part of him when he pulled this heavy 7 foot mirror on top of himself.  I sliced my finger (just a couple stitches) just from picking it up off of him.  Still to this day don't know how he was left untouched...wait maybe I do.

This boy keeps me on my toes daily.  I take my eye off him for a second and this is what happens.

Labor day fun

Our first backyard games and bbq.  We had families from church, work, and neighborhood join us for a some family team relays involving all ages.  We played our own version of football, volleyball, basketball (shown in picture), track-n-field, and golf.  It was super fun and the food was wonderful!

For family home evening we rode our friend's horses and the boys loved it!

10 years ago today- 9.11.01

Just returned home from dropping of my Japanese friends at the airport in Salt Lake City, I heard on the radio of the first Twin Tower being hit in New York City by a suicide terrorist group.  I immediate ran to my bedroom and said a prayer asking Heavenly Father to be with all those family members who lost loved ones.  I then called my mom and they turned on their radios/TV.  I continued to stay tuned to coverage on radio and t.v. on BYU's campus.  Stunned, overwhelmed, disbelief describe how I felt.
