My new friend, Melanie Daines (who's my cousins' wife's cousin...did you get that), helped me get set up for it. She found some Indian music online and we decorated our living room with sari's that Doug's sister Kim had purchased for me in

It was so much fun! Thanks for a good party!! We will miss you these next couple of weeks!!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are always having fun. I love it. Hey, I- would love to see you while you're here in Utah. Just call my cell phone (same number) and we can chat and arrange a time. I'm glad you even thought of me!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for inviting us to your fun party. We had a blast! It was nice to have something fun to do on Devin's first birthday away from home. He also enjoyed winning the sari race. :)
ReplyDeleteAmber~ You are just so cute and definitely throw wonderful parties. Sorry we could make the Indian night, but I'm so glad it was a blast. Have so much fun in UT and tell Doug we will feed him when we get back from our trip to Palmyra sometime.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great blog! Sorry it's taken me so long to look at it. I'm still recouping a little from having 3 kids now. All is well, I hope all is well in Utah! How fun to travel. How was the flight by the way? We'll see ya when you get back. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteYou've always been such a great "events coordinator!" Hopefully next time I see you, your party throwing skills and other domestic skills will rub off on me :)
